RAMPUR REGALIA:

The bar for royal weddings was raised forever at the very elegant nikaah of Nawabzade Ali Mohammad Khan Rampur with Shazili Noor Zafar.
A slender and beautiful bride she looked a dream in the beautiful ghararas crafted by her mother in law the Begum of Rampur. Father Nawab Kazim Ali Khan Rampur, MLA and earlier Minster of Tourism, Government of UP, left no stones unturned both at the Mehendi and at the Walima. Cooks from Rampur enthralled all with the mouth watering galoutis, the fragrantly indulgent neharis and the scrumptious sheer mals, naans and many other types of breads.
The Walima brunch set the tone with the tutti frooti floral decor, the pulsating music, the regal achkans and head gears worm by the men and the venerable sight of so many elegant young royal women dressed in their bright chiffon saris.
Nawabs from across the border, celebrated leaders like Manmohan Singh, former PM of India, actor and Begum Pataudi Sharmila Khan, HH Maharani Radhika Raje of Baroda, Rajmata Padmini Devi of Jaipur, Princess Diya Kumari of Jaipur, and many others graced the occasion.
