Royal Fables, in its 10th milestone edition hosted a Master Class on royal cuisine under its Kitchen of the Kings initiative. The open kitchen at the Living Room at the Hyatt, New Delhi provided the perfect setting wherein Royal Fables exhibition visitors and media persons attended the Master Class. This was on the first day of the two day Royal Fables exposition held on 20-21 September 2018 at the Oval Room, Hyatt Regency, New Delhi.
This time the Master Class was conducted by the scion of the Bhainsrorgarh royal family ‘Kanwarani Vrinda Kumari’. She along with her husband ‘Kunwar Hemendra Singh’ run a Boutique Heritage Hotel – Bhainsrorgarh Fort along the banks of the Chambal River in Rajasthan. Foodies at heart they do a lot of experimental cooking.
The dishes prepared on the day were Elaichi Kali Mirch Maas & Bhutte ki khees. The audience, many of whom booked their slots online, was an avid set of learners and lapped up the process demonstrated along with the recipes and anecdotal details shared by Vrinda. Many were seen capturing the live cooking that streched over forty five minutes in their phone cameras from close quarters.
The Hyatt hospitality was outstanding and their chefs were very kind in extending their whole hearted support to the Kitchen of the Kings master class by Royal Fables.
